Why we like it

• The draft horses are beautiful and a pleasure to watch, even when not providing sleigh rides
• A rich array of tasty events, including pig roasts and chuck wagons, will fill you up
• Campfires and fireplaces provide plenty of warmth

Tips

• WiFi is included, but do yourself a favor and disconnect
• You shouldn't rely on the shuttle to get to and from the mountain
• Even if you are visiting for skiing, treat yourself to a sleigh ride
• Try the riverside cabins for the comforting sound of moving water
• Full kitchens allow for a little cooking of your own
• Up to two pets of any size are welcome for only $25/night

Location

Just off Highway 191, this excellent ranch is located a moderate drive from the southeast of town and the resort. You are surrounded by nature and little more.

• Distance to Big Sky Resort ski access: 21.5 miles via US-191 N
• Within walking distance: Plenty of nature, and nothing else
• Transportation: The ranch provides a shuttle to the mountain, but you will definitely need a car to get anywhere.
