It sits in the mountains of the Wasatch Range, directly adjacent to Deer Valley Resort’s Jordanelle Express Gondola (with ski-in/ski-out access), near Jordanelle State Park and the new Deer Valley East base village. It’s positioned between Deer Valley East Village and the reservoir, offering convenient access to skiing, hiking, and other mountain activities. **Directions** Step-by-Step Directions (to SLC Airport) 1. Start at Pioche Village — Head out of the property and follow signs/local roads toward US-40 South (toward Heber City / Jordanelle). This is the quick connection from the Deer Hollow / East Village area. 2. Merge onto US-40 South — Continue south on US-40 for about 10–12 miles, passing Jordanelle Reservoir on your right. 3. Merge onto I-80 West — Near Silver Creek Junction / Kimball Junction area, take the ramp to I-80 West toward Salt Lake City (this is the main highway through Parleys Canyon). 4. Stay on I-80 West — Drive approximately 20–25 miles through the canyon and into the Salt Lake Valley. 5. Exit at the airport — Take Exit 115B (Airport Exit) or follow signs for Bangerter Highway / Terminal Drive. Stay left as needed for the airport terminals. 6. Arrive at SLC — Follow Terminal Drive signs to Departures (upper level) or Arrivals (lower level). The airport is well-signed. Reverse (Airport to Pioche Village): From SLC, take I-80 East, then US-40 North toward Heber / Jordanelle. Exit at Mayflower / Deer Valley East signs and follow to Deer Hollow Road.
